My work is dedicated to helping individuals build resilience, psychological flexibility, and emotional and cognitive intelligence. I integrate mindfulness-based tools, somatic practices such as Breathwork and Qi Gong, and the reflective practice of journaling—what I call Writing for the Self—all grounded in modern scientific research and evidence.My mission is to support people in strengthening their resilience, not only in everyday life but also during life’s most challenging transitions. Through mindfulness, somatic modalities, and creative expression, I guide individuals toward greater emotional balance, clarity, and well-being.My belief in these transformative practices comes from both personal experience and a long journey of study and exploration. Over the years, I have witnessed how these tools empower us to navigate difficulties, ease suffering, cultivate equanimity, and foster deep compassion for ourselves and others. It is this understanding that fuels my passion to share these practices and help others find strength, peace, and renewal in their own lives.
